Corrigan - Thanksgiving Weekend RaceThis year the Speedway's popular King Taco Super Trucks will join the Lucas Slick Mist Super Late Models and the Auto Club Late Models on the $50,000 card for Saturday November 26. This is all part of a new tradition of a three-day celebration of speed which will see fans invited to come out to the track on Friday (November 25) at no charge. They'll be able to watch practice and meet an all-star cast stock car drivers from all over the country who will be looking to end one season with a flourish and jump-start their 2012 racing efforts. On Friday the pits will be open to the public for special tours from 4 to 6PM.

Hasa Driver Scott Corrigan will be on hand for the festivities. This special racing weekend includes the 71st running of the Turkey Night USAC Midget race on Thursday night, November 24, and the second annual Canidae California Classic presented by MasterCraft for stock cars on Saturday November 26. Corrigan will participate in the King Taco Super Trucks on Saturday.

Located in Los Angeles County in Southern California, the Toyota Speedway in Irwindale is a 1/2-mile paved oval with blended banking of six, nine and 12 degrees in the corners and banking of six degrees in the straights.
